1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. The objection and grievance raised through this Public Interest Litigation had already been brought to the notice of the Superintendent of Police, Durg and it is evident from reading of Annexure P/3 that the point wise reply has been given to the Advocate of the petitioner on the issue.

3. It seems that the decision has been taken in public interest. If any individual has any grievance with the arrangement he or she has freedom to explain his/her point of view by appearing before the Superintendent of Police, Durg.
4. The Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of in terms of the above.
