Kes Kumar Sahu and Parmanand Sao were beating his brother Sai Shyam @ Guddu. He reached to the spot. He saw that coaccused Rakesh Sahu was causing blow on the body of the deceased, coaccused Bhuvneshwar @ Bhanja, Je Kumar were hitting deceased with stones, applicant was beating the deceased by club, coaccused Ismail Khan, Aryan @ Abdul Afjal Khan had thrown chilli powder on the eyes of the deceased, as a result of injuries the deceased died in the hospital.
