applicant has been falsely implicated in connection with the said crime. He submits further that the applicant is the owner of the said Gujral Enterprises and has purchased Steel Square Pipe from the P.S. Steel Tubes Limited Company in the month of December, 2017 and has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and then Rs.2,70,000/- in the month of December, 2017 itself and that while filing the complaint, the Director of said P. S. Steel Tubes Limited Company has not stated in his complaint regarding the payment of this much of amount. He submits further that the entire transaction as took place between the applicant and the complainant is of civil nature and since the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, the applicant who is in jail since 19.05.2018 may be released on bail.

Rs.50,000/- with one surety in like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court for his appearance before it as and when directed, the applicant shall be released on bail. It is, however, made it clear that I have not entered into the merits of the case and the trial Court shall proceed with the matter without influencing any of the observations of mine.
