2 . It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 18-08-2017. The case against him is triable by the JMFC. No case is made out against him according to the material present in the charge sheet. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be released on bail.
3 . Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the application and submits that this applicant has cheated numerous persons and by inducement has received huge amount, hence, he is habitual offender. Therefore, the application may be rejected.
