AWARD
(Passed on this 10 th February, 2018)
1 . As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.3/the New India Insurance Company Limited has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only) over and above the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of 2 months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest.
2 . It is directed that the said amount be paid to the Appellant/s without making any condition like fixed deposit and the said amount shall be paid to the Appellant/s through cheque.
3 . Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
