Cashier. The petitioner, however, has mentioned his post as Cashier only. Reliance is placed on Chhattisgarh Nagar Palik Nigam (Adhikariyo tatha Sevkon ki Niyukti tatha Seva ki Shartein) Niyam, 2007. These Rules have no application in the matter of consideration of case of promotion in Municipality for which separate Rules have been framed.
