(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the petition, permits have been issued by the Authority concerned and, therefore, he may be granted liberty to challenge those permits by way of revision before the competent authority.

(2) If such challenge is made, the competent authority will consider and decide the same in accordance with law. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file application for condonation of delay in filing the said revision.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
