It is further submitted that the charge sheet in this case has been filed; the charges have been framed on 09.02.2017 and no further investigation is necessary. It is further submitted that the applicant is an engineering student and is in jail since 08.11.2016 and no purpose would be served if he is further kept in custody, therefore, he may be released on bail.
