Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the compassionate appointment has been offered to the petitioner vide memo dated 15/12/2014, the petitioner expressed his difficulty to accept the appointment on the offered post and his mother submitted a representation on 15/09/2015 for considering the petitioner for appointment to some other post.
