On due consideration, I.A.No.3/2015 is allowed and the petitioner is directed to delete the name of respondent No.2 from the cause title of the instant WP(227) during course of the day.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the instant petition may be disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation of its merit reserving the liberty to raise issues and facts before the claims tribunal at an appropriate stage if available under the law.

As prayed, the instant WP(227) is disposed of as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
