(M) No. 07/2014 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.09.2014, she has married with Jitendra Kumar Dewangan and subsequently a child has been born out of wedlock on 27.11.2015, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that on account of subsequent development he may be permitted to withdraw the restoration application (MCC).
