Heard on IA No.01 of 16, application for condonation of delay in filing the instant MCC as the same has been preferred after 12 days of its limitation.
2 . On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the application and as also no objection is raised on behalf of the respondents in this regard, I am of the considered view that the delay is properly explained, hence, IA No.01/16 is allowed.
5 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he will remove the default in the said writ petition within two weeks from today.
6 . On due consideration, the instant MCC is hereby allowed. WP(227) 124/2016 is restored to its original number subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cure the default of the said petition within two weeks from today.
