Neither the State is in position to show any material by which it could be said that there was sufficient material to bring the conduct of the present Respondent within the ambit of the abetment for the offence under Section 107 of the IPC. In the absence of any cogent or strong material brought out in the case against the Respondent for the offence of abetting the deceased to commit suicide, this Court is of the opinion that no error has been committed by the Court below while discharging the Respondent from the offence under Section 306 of the IPC.
