Perused the reports dated 02-11-2016 & 07-11-2016 filed by learned State counsel in compliance of order of this Court dated 03-11-2016, received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur (C.G.) in which it is mentioned that accused/appetlants Nanhuram, S/o Sukhram, Ramswaroop S/o Nanhuram and Pancho Bai W/o Nanhuram, all residents of Purgaon, P.S. Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar (C.G.) have been released on 10-11-2003, 28-01-2003 & 19-02-2003, after completion oftheirjail sentence. The same are taken on record.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the instant appeal has now become infructuous.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
