(1) This appeal was filed by two appellants namely Kapoorchand and
Keralal @ Bhagawati Prasad.
(2) As far as appellant No. 2-Shri Keralal @ Bhagwati Prasad is concerned, appeal stood abated against him by order of this Court dated 8.8.2016, thereafter, warrant of arrest has been issued for appellant No. 1-Kapoorchand, but the same has been received un-served with the report that appellant No.1-Kapoorchand has died. Copy of death certificate is also attached with the report.
(3) Therefore, we dispose of the criminal appeal as having abated.
