1. By this criminal revision applicant has challenged the impugned order dated 16/11/2010 passed by Additional Session Judge (F.T.C.) Pratappur, Distt. Sarguja (C.G.) in criminal appeal No. 109/2009.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that sole applicant has already died and the Court has given time to verify and submit its report to State/non-applicant by order dated 19/06/2015.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State/non-applicant on instruction from Mr. Prakhar Pandey, Superintendent of Police, Sarguja (C.G.) would submit that sole applicant died on 28/07/2011 and as such, criminal revision is abated.
4. Accepting the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, criminal revision is dismissed as abated.
