According to t=he Appellant:, bhe land oF bhe Family members of the Appellanb was acquired somebimes in Lhe year 1976-77 under the Coal Bearing Area (Acquisition & Developmenb) Act, 1957 aswell as under the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 For the beneFiL oF the SouLh Eastem CoalFields Limited (bhe SECL). At: that time, two brothers oF bhe Appellanb were also given employment: by the SECL.

It appears thal: the Appellant: also filed an application For giving him employment: by bhe SECL and thereaFter, some recommendations were also made in his Favour by Naib Tahsildar, KaLghora, Disbricb Korba on 15.09.1998.
