yBy^{WayoftheinstantCompany} Petition, under section 560(6) of the: Companies Act, 1956, the petitioner has sought for issuing of appropriate direction to the respondent to restore the name of the petitioner’s company in the registerk‘maintained by the respondent at Bilaspur. _

According to the petitioner‘since there was non-compliance of the statutory provisions of the Act-1956 and not submitted the details of the company annually. The registrar of company has strucked off the name of the Company from the record/W register maintained by the Registrar of ' companies Le. respondent. 3. lt is this action of the Registrar of companies which is under challenge by way of instant company petition. 4. During the course of hearing Union of India referring to their reply filed by the respondent submits that Union of India does not have any objection for restoring the name of the petitioner’s company with the Registrar of companies, if the petitioner provides all statutory requirements as is required for getting their name registered under the Registrar of companies Act. 5. The submissions of the counsel for respondent has been accepted by the counsel for the petitioner^andsubmits that the petitioner^who in turn shall appear before the respondent and shall furnish all necessary statutory requirements for getting their name registered with the Registrar of companies.
