As per information of counsel for the appellant, deceased is Baisakhu Ram and the appellant is sister-in-law of the deceased.

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal w?ith liberty to file acquittal appeal at the instance of victim of the offence as defined in Section 2 (wa) of the Cr.P.C.
