The petitioner^is aggrieved^{bytheorderdated30‘”July,2012,bywhich,she} has been transferred^{asHeadmistressofMiddleSchool,NandanmaratoMiddle} School Narahdeo Kanker. According to the petitioner,^{shewasnotrelievedfrom} the present place^of posting^{soastoenableher} joining^{atthetransferred} place^of posting^{becauseRespondentNo.6whohasbeentransferredfromMiddleSchool} Narahdev Kanker to Middle^{SchoolMoordongri,Kankerhasnotbeenrelievedand} as such, there^{isnovacancyatmiddleschoolNarahdeo.} 2. Learned counsel^for the petitioner^{wouldfurthersubmitthataftermorethan} a year of passing^{oftheimpugnedtransferorder,} it is now sought^to be^executed by relieving the petitioner^{eventhoughthesaidRespondentNo.6hasnotbeen} relieved forjoining^{atMiddleSchoolMoordongriandthesituationhasnotchanged.} 3. Learned State Cdunsel would submit that if the petitioner submits a representation, the^{sameshallbeconsideredkeepinginviewtheentireaspectof} the matter as well as the order passed by this Court in W.P(S).No.1042/2013 (Rakesh^{KumarVs.StateofChhattisgarh)videAnnexureP-2.} 4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is diSposed^of with^{adirectionthatintheeventthe} petitioner^{submitsrepresentation} raising her entire grievances^{concerningthetransferorder,thecompetentauthority} shall decide the^{representationasearlyas} possible^and preferably^{withinaperiod} of six weeks from^{thedateofrepresentation.} Till the said period^{ofsixweeks,the‘} petitioner^{shallnotberelievedfromthepresentplaceofposting.} 5. in the event^{ofanyadverseorderagainstthepetitioner,shewouldbeat} liberty to move^{afreshbeforethisCourt.}
