By this civil revision, applicant has c.hallenged the legality & propriety of the order dated 23.07.1997 passed by tiie First Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Raipur in Claim Case No. 203/97 wliereby; Tribunal has awarded compensation ofRs.7000.'- under Sectien 166 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (in short 'the Act') against respondents jointly and separately the amount of compensatios against each appeBant showing light in accordance to sub-Section (2) of Section 173 of the Ac.t, therefore, applicant has filed present revision against sueh order is competent.
