one black T-shlrt, which he was wearing atithe time of incident and on which there were blood like stains, was seized as per Ex.P/2,spot map Ex.P/3 was prepared and on the memorandum (Ex.P/4) of the respondent, the weapon of offence was seized as per Ex.P/5. The seized articles were "chemical sent for examination to Forensic Science 1-aboratory, Raipur and report of the FSL is Ex.P/8. The seized T-shirt of the complainant was also sent to Asstt. Surgeon, Govt. Hospitai, Durg for his opinion with regard to presence of human blood on the T-shirt and report of the Medical Officer is Ex.P/16. The seized weapon of offence was also sent to Asstt. Surgeon, Govt. Hospita!, Durg for his opinion as to whether injury sustained by the compiainant could be caused by the said weapon and report of the Medical Officer is Ex.P/15. The query report is Ex.P/17. The injury report and x-ray report of the comp!ainant is Ex.P/14 and P/18 respectlvely. Statements of the witnesses were recorded under Section 161 ofthe Cr.P.C.
