The grievance of the petitioner is his medgcai bms amounting to Rs.11,Q35/— have not been paid to him de$pite severa! representations.

Learned counsei for the petitioner eubmits that from Annexure P-2, it is clear that'the claim of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.10,GOQ/— has beenadmitted but yet even that amount has also not been grantedto him.

Learned State counsei submits that let the petitioner tile a detailed representation before the respondent No.2 and in turn the same shall be decided in accordance with law.

o He further points out that certain documents have to be given^bythe petitioner^andhemaybe directed to submit all the documents along with the representation. 4. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner^{tofiieadetailedrepresentation} within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order aiong with ail the documents before respondent No.2 and in turn the respondent No.2 shall make the entire endeavour to get the ease of the petitioner decided within 2 monthslfrom the date of filing of the said representation.
