Petitioner-Smt.Kamlesh Devi has fited this petitiQn for Issuance of necessary direction to the Regional Transport Authonty, Biiaspur to consider and decide her application for grant of regular stage camage permit on the route Patthaigaon to Kharsiya via Dharmjaigarh, HatE, Chha! and one return trip daijy in accordance with the provEslons ofthe Motor Vehicles Act. According to the petitioner, the ^ppficatlon for grant of permlt has been filed on 05.11.2009 and no declsion has been taken till date.
Mr. Arun Sao, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that ifthe applicat.'on has been fited by the petitloner for grant ofreguiar stage carriage permit andthe same has not been disposed of ti!l date, the Regional Transport Authority shaH dispose of the same atthe earliest in accordance with iaw.
