. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that this is an appeal against the interim award passed by the Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (F.T.G.),. Balod, Dlstrict Durg under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Aot. Learned counsel for the appeliant further submitted that vide impugned a'A<ard' dated 12-08-2008, Claim Case No.34/2007 has been finally disposed of, and the Tribunal has exonerated the insuranoe company.
