Iri order to appreciate^{thecontentionsoflearnedcounselforthe} parties,^Ihave ‘ examined the material avaiiable on record. It is not disputed that decedsed Madhu was^{theiegaliyweddedwifeoftheappeiiantandshewasmarriedwith} 5the appellant on^10‘“ June,^1987. On 21LZ-1990, she^committed suicide bv pouring kerosene oil on her body and she died on 23-24990 as a result of the burn injuries sustained by her. She died within three years of her marriage in abnormal circumstances in the house of the appellant. EXP-10 is the dying declaration recorded by^{A.Tirkey,NayabTahsildar,Lormi.} Dr. A.K.
