The AR present for the respondent submitted that the main counsel Sh. Narender Kumar has gone to Meerut due to some urgent work and is unable to attend the hearing today. Perusal of the record reveals that this tribunal vide order dated 15.04.2025 had directed the Enforcement Officer (E.O.) who had submitted the report in this matter be remain present on the next date of hearing to assist this tribunal. Put up the matter on 07.11.2025 for consideration of the stay application. Let the E.O. be remain present on the next date. In the meanwhile, interim orders to continue till next date of hearing.
