Counsel for the respondent submits that two Challans submitted by Appellant is yet to be verified. He further submitted that he has communicated to the Regional Office, Delhi East. However, inspite of citing urgency, nothing has been done yet. Let the RPFC, Delhi (East) is directed to verify the Challans submitted by the appellant within two weeks from the date of passing of this order. Put up on 27.10.2025 for consideration of the misc. application. A copy of this order be sent to the RPFC, Delhi East through mail.
