Ld. Counsel for the respondent seeks time to file reply to the application u/s 7O of the Act as well as to the main appeal. In the interest of justice, prayer to grant time is allowed. Put up on 15.10.2025 for filing of reply to the application as well as to the main appeal. In the meanwhile, respondent is restrained from taking any coercive action till next date of hearing.
