Ld. Counsel for the respondent submitted that he has filed the reply of the appeal on the last date of hearing. However, record does not reflect any filing of reply. Today, Ld. Counsel for the respondent has filed certain documents showing the TRRN details (wage month wise) along with the name of employees in whose respect the PF was deposited.
Registry is directed to locate the reply filed on behalf of the respondent or place a copy of the reply after retaining it from the ld. counsel for the respondent. Put up on 08.09.2025 for filing of rejoinder by ld. counsel for the appellant as well as arguments on the stay application. Ld. Counsel for the respondent is directed to file the reply to stay application positively on the next date of hearing. In the meanwhile, interim order to continue till next date of hearing.
