Perusal of the record reveals that there are two application filed by the appellant which are pending for disposal:-

A. One under section 7-J of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred as the Act) read with section Rule 21 of the Tribunal (Procedures) Rules, 1997 for taking appropriate action against the respondent for not complying with the order dated 16.08.2022.

B. Another application filed under order VI rule 17 read with section 151 of CPC, 1908 read with section 7-J of the Act for placing on record further facts and particulars by way of amendment in the appeal.

The respondent herein has filed the reply to both these applications which is available on record. It is also evident from the record that the respondent herein has preferred the writ petition before Hon’ble Delhi High Court bearing no. W.P. (C) 14741/2022. The respondent had lastly placed a order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the Delhi High Court which had ordered to continue the stay on the order dated 16.08.2022 passed by this tribunal till 25.07.2023. No copy of the proceeding conducted after 10.01.2023 before the High court is placed on record. Therefore, respondent counsel is directed to place the latest order passed by Delhi High Court in the said writ petition on the next date of hearing. Put up the matter on 19.08.2025 for consideration of the two misc. applications filed on behalf of the appellant.
