This is a fresh appeal filed by the appellant on 06.06.2025 through email whose hard copy is filed with the office of tribunal on 04.07.2025 challenging the order dated 26.03.2025 forwarded to the appellant on 04.04.2025 whereby respondent authority has assessed an amount of Rs.12,76,558/- and Rs.06,12,893/- as damages and interest for belated payment of dues made by the appellant during the period 11/2019 to 03/2023.
After scrutiny of the appeal, a notice for admission hearing was sent to the appellant and the respondent informing them about todays hearing.
Called up several times. It is already 04:00 P.M. None has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite service of the notice. Ld. Counsel for the respondent remains present throughout the calls. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default. Office is directed to consign the record to the record room.
