“The respondent institute has already issued a provisional Office Order dated 28.01.2026, followed by the final seniority list vide Office Order No. AIIMS Deo/Seniority File/No./2025-26/58 dated 17.03.2026, after duly considering and addressing the objections received. The said list pertains to the seniority of Nursing Officers of the NORCET-2020 batch and includes the names of the applicants on the basis of their NORCET2020 rank, thereby redressing the grievances raised by the applicants.”
In view of the aforesaid submission, it appears that the grievance raised by the applicants in the present OA has substantially been addressed.
