	Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the proposed contemnors and perused the records. Learned counsel for the proposed condemners submitted that the order dated 23.09.2025 passed in OA No. 508/2025 has been complied with. Through MP No. 2025/2026, compliance report has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant contended that though the order has been passed but it is non speaking order. In the order dated 23.09.2025 passed in OA No. 508/2025 sought to be complied with, only direction to dispose of representation within two months was passed. As representation has been decided vide order dated 13.011.2025, hence, order has been complied with. So far as the merits of the disposal of representation is concerned, it cannot be considered in the contempt proceeding. In view of above, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with observation that if grievances of the applicant have not been redressed in the representation disposal order which is at page 13 of the compliance report, applicant is at liberty to file fresh O.A. Notices issued earlier stand discharged.
