Heard Counsel for both the parties.

This matter was pending for filing of written statement, which has already been filed on 10.09.2026.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has received a copy of the written statement and, upon perusal thereof, does not intend to file any rejoinder. He, however, draws the attention of the Tribunal to paragraph 21 of the written statement, wherein the respondent authorities have stated that, “ the administration undertakes that the representation of the applicant shall be disposed of as per rules on direction of this Hon’ble Tribunal”.

Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly submits that, in view of the aforesaid undertaking, he is hopeful that the grievance of the

applicant would be duly considered and redressed in accordance with law, rules and the prescribed procedure.

Learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that the representation earlier submitted by the applicant on 07.06.2024 has remained undecided and, by passage of time, has become stale. He, therefore, seeks liberty to submit a fresh representation and prays that a period of fortnight may be granted for the said purpose. He further submits that the competent respondent authority may be directed to consider and decide such fresh representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the disposal of the Original Application in the aforesaid terms, particularly in view of the undertaking already made by the respondent authorities in paragraph 21 of the written statement.

In view of the submissions made by both parties, the present OA is disposed of with the direction that if the applicant submits a fresh representation, within a fortnight from today, the same shall be considered and decided by competent respondent authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of such fresh representation.

It is made clear that this Tribunal has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for consideration by the respondents.

MA No. 503/2026, filed by the learned Counsel for the respondents seeking deletion of the name of a respondent, does not survive for further adjudication in view of the disposal of the Original Application. M A is accordingly disposed of.
