		Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite parties and perused the records. Through M.A.No.1611/2024 applicant has prayed for revival of the Contempt Petition No. 33 of 2017, as this Contempt Petition was disposed of on 31.10.2023 with the following order(s): “11. Accordingly, opposite parties are directed to pay salary/wages for the period of pendency of writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court but without any interest within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. CCP is disposed of in the above terms. Notices stand discharged.” Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that till date the order dated 31.10.2023 passed in Contempt Petition no. 33 of 2017 has not been complied with. Hence, the aforesaid contempt petition may be revived and opposite parties may be directed to comply with the order dated 31.10.2023 passed in Contempt Petition No. 33 of 2017.
		Learned counsel for the opposite parties orally opposed the revival application. In view of the above, revival application filed through M.A. No. 1611 of 2024 is allowed. The Contempt Petition No. 33 of 2017 is revived. Compliance report be filed within four weeks. List this case on 26.10.2026.
