Learned Advocate pleaded that they have filed appeal before this Tribunal against remand order passed by learned Commissioner (Appeals) which was issued on 11.04.2025. He expressed his desire to withdraw the appeal. He however pleaded that department generally takes much time in deciding the remand order and therefore, this Tribunal may be pleased to direct the department to decide the remand order in time bound manner. Learned AR opposed that no specific directions can be given in the matter when appeal itself is being withdrawn.
