- On 17th November 2025, the Competition Commission of India ( Commission ) received a notice ( Notice ) under Section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 ( Act ) given by Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited ( Acquirer ). The Notice is filed pursuant to the execution of Share Sale Agreement dated 29th September 2025 amongst the Acquirer, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited ( Target ), and International Finance Corporation ( IFC ) and Share Sale Agreement dated 29th September 2025 executed amongst the Acquirer, Target, and IFC EAF Apollo Investment Company ( EAF ) [hereinafter, Acquirer and Target are collectively referred to as ‘ Parties ’ and IFC and EAF are collectively referred to as ‘ Sellers ’].
