- On 17th April 2025, the Competition Commission of India ( Commission ) received a Notice under Section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 ( Act ) given by Delhivery Limited ( Delhivery/Acquirer ). The Notice was filed pursuant to the execution of Share Purchase Agreement dated 5th April 2025 ( SPA ) among Delhivery, Ecom Express Limited ( Ecom/Target ) and Sellers viz ., Eaglebay Investment Ltd., British International Investment PLC, and PG Esmeralda Pte. Ltd. [hereinafter, Delhivery and Ecom are collectively referred to as the ‘ Parties ’]
