- (iii) Interise Trust ( formerly IndInfravit Trust) (“ Interise ”); and

- (iv) Interise Investment Managers Limited (“ IIML ”)

- Ontario Inc. and OMERS Infrastructure are collectively referred to as “ Acquirers ”). Interise and IIML are collectively referred to as “ Targets ”). The Acquirers and Targets are collectively referred to as the “ Parties ”).
