- The Acquirer and the Target are collectively referred to as the Parties .

B. Nature and purpose of the Transaction

- The proposed transaction relates to the proposed acquisition of certain shareholding of LSPL by Platinum Jasmine ( Proposed Transaction ).

- The Proposed Transaction is in the nature of an acquisition of shares and is notifiable under Section 5(a)(i)(A) of the Competition Act, 2002 ( Act ).
