I. Names of the Parties to the Proposed Combination
- The names of the parties to the proposed transaction are:
- a. Independent Sugar Corporation Ltd. (“ Acquirer ”); and
- b. Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited ( “Target ”)
The Acquirer and the Target are collectively referred to as the “ Parties ”.
