I. Names of the Parties to the Proposed Combination
- The names of the parties to the proposed transaction are:
- a. Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust (“ Platinum Jasmine Trust ”) (acting through its trustee, Platinum Owl C 2018 RSC Limited) (“ Platinum Owl ”) (“ Acquirer ”); and
- b. Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited (“ Target ”)
The Acquirer and the Target are collectively referred to as the “ Parties ”.
