- (d) High performance material business of LDG (“ HPM Business ”); and
- (e) Engineering materials business of Koninklijke DSM N.V. (“ DEM Business ”).
Advent HoldCo, LDG, JV HoldCo, HPM Business and DEM Business are collectively referred to as the “ Parties ”, and HPM Business and DEM Business are collectively referred to as the “ Targets ”.
