A. Name of the parties to the combination

1. The parties to the combination are:

• (i) 2452991 Ontario Limited (“ OTPP ”);

• (ii) ACME SPV Private Limited (“ ACME ”) (OTPP and ACME are collectively referred to as “ Acquirers ”);

• (iii) Galaxy Investments Pte. Ltd. (“ Galaxy ”);

• (iv) Highways Infrastructure Trust (“ Target Trust ”); and

• (v) Highway Concessions One Private Limited (“ HC One ”) (Galaxy, Target Trust and HC One are collectively referred to as “ Targets ”).
