Order under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002
- On 5 January 2022, the Competition Commission of India ( Commission ) received a notice under Section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 ( Act ), given by Sona Company Pte. Ltd. ( Acquirer ). The notice was given pursuant to the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement dated 14 December 2021 ( SPA ) inter alia among the Acquirer, Sajjan India Limited ( Target ) and Sellers1 (Hereinafter, the Acquirer and the Target are collectively referred to as Parties ).
