- On 08.09.2021, Competition Commission of India ( Commission ) received a notice under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Competition Act, 2002 ( Act ) filed by Starnmeer B.V. ( Acquirer/ Starnmeer ). The notice has been filed pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated 19.08.2020 ( SPA ) between the existing shareholders of the Global Content Alpha Partners Holdco Pte. Ltd. ( Target/ GCAPH ) and the Acquirer. Hereinafter, the Acquirer and the Target, will be collectively referred to as ‘ Parties ’.
