B. The type of combination

- The Notice is being filed in relation to the proposed acquisition by RIL and ARC Trust, a trust set up and managed by JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited ( JMFARC ) for the purposes of this acquisition of up to 75% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of AIL, which is currently undergoing insolvency resolution proceedings initiated under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ( IBC ) ( Proposed Combination ).
