- On 11th September, 2018, the Competition Commission of India (“ Commission ”) received a notice under Section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 (“ Act ”) filed by Liberty House Group Pte. Ltd. (“ Liberty House ” or “ Acquirer ”) for acquisition of Amtek Auto Limited (“ Amtek Auto ” or “ Target ”). Liberty House also made certain submissions, under Regulation 5(6) of the Competition Commission of India (Procedure in regard to the transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulations, 2011 (“ Combination Regulations ”), on 20th September, 2018 .
