ORDER
In the instant case, the Commission has passed final order dated 05.05.2016. On 01.08.2016, Mr. Rohan Arora, consultant to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. filed an application requesting for a correction in the appearance list for the Opposite Party. In his application, he has stated that he is a consultant to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., whereas he has been mentioned as an advocate in the order dated 05.05.2016.
Today, the Commission considered the application filed by Mr. Rohan Arora and directed that the appearance list for the Opposite Party in the order dated 05.05.2016 be suitably modified to read “Mr. Rohan Arora, Advocate” as “Mr. Rohan Arora, Consultant”.
The Secretary is directed to inform Mr. Rohan Arora, accordingly.
